The Glenburn Tea Estate of Darjeeling is a family run business with acres and acres of beautiful tea gardens resting on a hill slope with two bubbling streams passing through the estate. Originally, Glenburn Estate was established and run by a Scottish tea company during the British colonial days, and was later taken over by the Kolkata based Prakash family. Glenburn Tea Estate and the associated boutique hotel is located in the hills of Darjeeling, and is about 3 hours drive from Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri/Siliguri Railway station. The hotel transfers and vehicles are provided by the estate.
